Our Spirits

Straight Bourbon Whiskey

50% ALC./VOL. - 750 ML

The humble American White Oak is the hero of this bourbon's story. While most oak is dried and converted into barrels within 6 months of felling, this oak is special. The oak slabs, which became the staves for our barrels, cured in the rain, snow, heat and cold for a full eight seasons before their transformation at the hands of skilled coopers. With its medium toast and extended curing time, these barrels evolve fresh, sharp white whiskey into the robust, well-rounded dram before you.

With a mash bill high in rye and aged for eight years, this extended cure bourbon is a mixologist’s dream. Drink neat and experience robust vanilla and burnt caramel notes. Add a bit of water, or mix into your favorite cocktail, and it opens to a whole new world of flavors: candied ginger, almond biscuits, toasted coconut, pink peppercorn and bright spices.

Enjoy in your favorite tumbler.

Lost Barrels Louisiana Rum

50% ALC./VOL. - 750 ML

In the South Louisiana bayou amidst the cypress roots and hanging moss, deep in the land of the mythical Rougarou, five barrels lie in slumber. Through happenstance and a bit of luck, we stumbled upon the cane field they called home. Upon tasting this delicious nectar, we knew we had to share it with the world.

Made from Louisiana cane syrup and aged for 10 years in fresh Four Roses Bourbon barrels, this rum pours thick and shows a deep copper color. It tastes of rich caramel, sweet vanilla and rancio spices while finishing with notes of banana, coconut and grilled pineapple.

Savor the flavors of these very limited-edition Lost Barrels. When they are gone, not even the Rougarou can bring them back.

Serve neat or in.......who are we kidding serve it neat.

Straight Tennessee whiskey

55.5% ALC./VOL. - 750 ML

For 18 years, this whiskey aged in a single charred white American oak barrel. It slept quietly in the hills of Tennessee while many warm summer days and cool spring nights drifted by. Through it all, its signature character developed.

Some whiskeys are blended from many barrels. However this bottle comes from a single barrel, making it the purest expression of Tennessee whiskey.

Enjoy neat, with a drop of water, or in your favorite spirit-forward cocktail.

barrel strength straight tennessee whiskey

65% ALC./VOL. - 750 ML

This whiskey rested peacefully, nestled in the foothills of Tennessee, while the world around it changed dramatically. As nearly two decades passed, it slowly matured with the ebb and flow of the seasons.

A mash bill of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley provides the base for this whiskey’s uniquely sweet, fruity character. Then, each drop was mellowed by the slow charcoal filtering made famous in Tennessee. Allow the sweet notes of cherry and orange to indulge your palate while hints of vanilla and oak compliment it’s long, lingering finish.

Enjoy neat.

Limited to less than 100 bottles of pure barrel strength nectar. Savor each sip.
